All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an insurance claim is made.
Processing Time: Our team works diligently to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays, special promotions, or if an item is placed on pre-order or delayed.
Shipping Methods: We offer shipping via USPS. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. USPS typically takes 3-8 business days to ship domestic packages. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package's progress. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters.
International Shipping: Please keep in mind that international orders take 1-4 weeks+ to arrive. We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes.
If a package is refused/returned to the sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. The customer is responsible for paying the re-shipping charge if the mistake was made on their end. Examples, missing apartment number, insufficient address, etc. If it was our mistake, we will cover the re shipping charge.
